Big Group Meetings – Registration & Payment
Advance Registration Required:
To register for a Big Group Meeting please use the online form below. Payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal is accepted. We request that registration and full payment are completed in advance of attending the Big Group meeting, preferably a week prior if possible to ensure your place. After submitting your registration form below, you will receive an automated email confirmation. New participants will also receive an orientation packet containing helpful materials and audio recordings to prepare you for the meeting, which you are requested to please review before attending. No prior experience is required to attend however.
Further, you will receive an email reminder a few days before the upcoming meeting with logistical information. Please see our website for location map and FAQs HERE.
We anticipate the following two DH10 Big Group Meetings being open to those interested in joining this local Diamond Approach group:
- April 4-5
- May 16-17
After these two meetings DH10 intends to close as a group and will no longer accept new applications or attendees.
No prior experience is needed to register. New people may attend 1 or 2 Big Group meetings before applying to see if the group is right or may apply at anytime and do not need to attend previous meetings.
NOTE: There are no refunds or cancellations for Accepted Students’ Big Group payments. If for some reason you are unable to attend a meeting, please let Gregory know in advance and your payment will be applied to the recordings which you are required to review to help you keep up the DH10 curriculum.

ATTENTION: April 4-5 Big Group Meeting has been moved online to Zoom. Please register as normal and wait for special instructions via email.
Cancellation Policy for new participants only (not accepted students)
To cancel for any reason, please email our registrar, Gregory firstname.lastname@example.org with as much advance notice as possible but not less than 24 hours notice before the weekend begins. If the cancellation is received with 24 hours or more notice, we can either transfer your registration to a future DH10 weekend or issue you a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
Less than 24 hours notice: we cannot offer a cash refund but can transfer your registration to one of the other Big Group meetings.
NOTE: We do not provide partial refunds for attending only a single day of the weekend.
