Big Group Meetings – Registration & Payment
Payment Policy for Accepted Students
If you are an accepted DH10 student you can pay now using the registration form below. You may pay for the next three Big Group meetings or individually. We request that full payment is completed before arriving at each Big Group meeting. After submitting your registration form below, you will receive an automated email confirmation including payment details if you are paying with a check.
Further, you will receive an email reminder a week before the upcoming meeting with logistical information.
NOTE: There are no refunds or cancellations for Accepted Students’ Big Group payments. If for some reason you are unable to attend a meeting, please let Becky know in advance and your payment will be applied to the recordings which you are required to review to help you keep up the DH10 curriculum.

Registration for Participants (not DH10 Accepted Students)
Participants who have not yet applied to DH10, can attend up to 3 consecutive Big Group meetings. You would need to apply and be accepted to attend more than these 3 meetings.
Please use the registration form below to complete your payment. You may pay for all three or pay individually for each one.
After submitting your registration form, you will receive an automated email confirmation. You will receive a second email before the meeting from Becky, the DH10 administrator, with logistical information.

Cancellation Policy for participants only (not accepted students)
To cancel for any reason, please email our registrar, Becky email@example.com with as much advance notice as possible but not less than 24 hours notice before the weekend begins. If the cancellation is received with 24 hours or more notice, we can either transfer your registration to a future DH10 weekend or issue you a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
Less than 24 hours notice: we cannot offer a cash refund but can transfer your registration to one of the other Big Group meetings.
NOTE: We do not provide partial refunds for attending only a single day of the weekend.
