Big Group Meetings – Registration & Payment
Payment Policy for Accepted Students
To register for a Big Group Meeting please use the online form below. Payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal is accepted. We request that full payment is completed before arriving at each Big Group meeting, preferably at least 7 days prior. After submitting your registration form below, you will receive an automated email confirmation.
Further, you will receive an email reminder a few days before the upcoming meeting with logistical information.
Except for our February 23, 2019 meeting, DH10 Big Group Meetings are open to all those truly interested in joining this local Diamond Approach group. No prior experience is needed to register. New people may attend 1-2 Big Group meetings before applying and committing to the group. For accepted students, these Big Group Meetings are required.
NOTE: There are no refunds or cancellations for Accepted Students’ Big Group payments. If for some reason you are unable to attend a meeting, please let Becky know in advance and your payment will be applied to the recordings which you are required to review to help you keep up the DH10 curriculum.

Cancellation Policy for new participants only (not accepted students)
To cancel for any reason, please email our registrar, Becky email@example.com with as much advance notice as possible but not less than 24 hours notice before the weekend begins. If the cancellation is received with 24 hours or more notice, we can either transfer your registration to a future DH10 weekend or issue you a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
Less than 24 hours notice: we cannot offer a cash refund but can transfer your registration to one of the other Big Group meetings.
NOTE: We do not provide partial refunds for attending only a single day of the weekend.
